Solana Tracker for ChatGPT: Privacy Notice
What the plugin receives
When ChatGPT uses the plugin, it sends our server only the tool inputs needed for your request:
- Token search terms (names, symbols or addresses).
- Public Solana addresses you ask about: token mints, wallets, token accounts and programs.
- Solana transaction signatures and .sol domain names you ask about.
- Documentation search terms and documentation page paths.
- For troubleshooting, the error code and error message text you share. Please remove any API keys or secrets first; the plugin never needs them.
- Serialized transactions you ask the plugin to simulate. They are dry-run on our RPC node and never submitted to the network.
- Query options such as time windows, sort order and result limits.
ChatGPT also attaches an anonymized user identifier and conversation identifier generated by OpenAI. We use them only to apply fair-use rate limits; they don't identify you to us and aren't linked to any Solana Tracker account.
We do not receive your ChatGPT conversation history, your name, email address, OpenAI account details or location. The plugin needs no sign-in and never asks for passwords, API keys, private keys or seed phrases. It cannot access your Solana Tracker account, credits or subscription.
What the plugin returns
Results contain public Solana blockchain and market data: prices, liquidity, volumes, holders, trades, balances, transactions, network status, and profit-and-loss figures for public wallet addresses. Some wallets carry public labels, such as a known trader's or influencer's display name and public X (Twitter) handle, a .sol domain, or tags like "developer", "liquidity pool" or "exchange". These labels come from public sources and describe public on-chain activity. Results can also include Solana Tracker documentation content and the public service status from status.solanatracker.io.
How we use it
- To fetch the requested data from the Solana Tracker Data API, Solana Tracker RPC nodes, documentation site or status page, and return it to ChatGPT.
- To operate, secure and debug the service. Failed requests are logged with the requested API path or RPC method name, which may include a token or wallet address, plus the error code. Error messages you share for troubleshooting are not stored.
- Identical requests may be cached in memory for up to 15 seconds.
- To prevent abuse, we count requests per anonymized OpenAI user identifier and per network address over one-minute windows. These counters expire automatically and aren't stored as logs.
We do not use plugin requests for advertising, do not sell them, and do not build profiles of ChatGPT users.
Sharing
Requests are processed by Solana Tracker and our infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, which hosts the plugin server. We do not share plugin request data with other third parties except as required by law. OpenAI's handling of your conversations is governed by OpenAI's own privacy policy.
Retention
Server error logs are kept for up to 90 days. Security logs are kept for up to 180 days, as described in the Solana Tracker Privacy Policy. The in-memory cache clears automatically within 15 seconds.
Your choices
You can disconnect or remove the plugin in ChatGPT at any time. To request access to or deletion of data associated with your requests, or to ask for a public wallet label to be reviewed, contact support@solanatracker.io.
Children
The plugin is not directed to children under 13.
